Not a popular skin, i would say 5-10k, possibly more to someone looking for this specific skin.

But it's hard to sell hammers for decent price anyway ^^

Well partly it is due to lack of hammer warriors in PvE, partly due to the skin itself, but largely due to the fact it is a fairly common INSC skin. If the thing dropped in Cantha like the Archaic Axe it would be a different story.

Hardly anything from EoTn locked chests or drops is worth much relatively speaking, so a few k it is

5-10k sounds right, but if the right buyer comes along you can get 45k for it. (it all depends on if someone is actively seeking that skin or not)

As previously stated, 5-12k is reasonable. I wouldn't wait for the "ideal buyer" who will pay 20k+, that could take months.
